Today I heard a very sad fact. The Iraq war is now 1347 days long. That is as long as the US was involved in World War II. Does anybody have a plan for how we are going to get out of this war before it lasts another 1347 days? George?

As if the Earth wasn't enough, now it seems that George wants outer space as well. I would like to see him tell some alien race that they have to leave because they are hostile to US interests. Not going to happen.
From CNET, http://news.com.com/2061-11199_3-6127433.html?part=rss&tag=6127433&subj=news
President Bush has signed a new National Space Policy which claims the U.S. has a right to deny access to space to anyone "hostile to U.S. interests," the Washington Post reports.
The document, the first major overhaul of U.S. space policy in 10 years, has a new emphasis on security and defense, as opposed to research, while encouraging private enterprise in space, the paper says.
Administration officials said the revisions were not paving the way for putting weapons systems into Earth orbit, but some policy makers, and bloggers, were concerned about the possibility. Others pointed out that space has become increasingly important to the military, which relies on satellites for communication and navigation.

President Bush, First Lady Laura and Dick Cheney were flying on Air Force One. George looked at Laura, chuckled and said, "You know, I could throw a $1,000 bill out of the window right now and make somebody very happy."
Laura shrugged her shoulders and replied, "I could throw ten $100 bills out of the window and make ten people very happy."
Cheney added, "That being the case, I could throw one hundred $10 bills out of the window and make a hundred people very happy."
Hearing their exchange, the pilot rolled his eyes and said to his co-pilot, "Such big-shots back there. Shit, I could throw all of them out of the window and make 56 million people very happy."

I love mashups and I just heard this one earlier this week on Live 105. It is by RX and it is George Bush singing Sunday Bloody Sunday. Give it a listen, great job!
